Hajime Sengyo-ten is my regular lunch spot
I headed to Hajime Sengyo-ten with expecting that day’s sashimi bowl.
That day’s lunch was
* Wild Pacific bluefin tuna, bigfin reef squid and sea urchin (天然生まぐろ、あおりいか、生うに)
* First bonito, Spanish mackerel and salmon roe (初かつお、本さわら、いくら)
I hadn’t eaten Spanish mackerel at Hajime Sengyo-ten, so I tried to order it and I said to the chef.
“… Wild Pacific bluefin tuna, bigfin reef squid and sea urchin !”
I wanted to eat squid all the same just before calling the name of the bowl. It’s my delight !
It’s the perfect lunch except for the very hot rice cooking surface of sashimi 😛
And there’s no chairs.
