Tempura in the early morning
Today’s breakfast was at Yonehana. When I entered the shop, the waiter said to the kitchen, “One chef’s choice !!!”
Finally my foods came automatically ! Did I become a regular customer of Yonehana 😛 ???
And then the waiter said, “Is there tentuyu (seasoning sauce for tempura) ?”
Yes. Today’s chef’s choice was Freshy-fried vegetables tempura !! (Huge eggplants !)
I had never eaten tempura for breakfast !!!
Boiled vegetables and deep-fried tofu with soy sauce.
Large portions !!!
At first, I thought I couldn’t eat up tempura in the early morning, but it wasn’t oily, so I could eat it up easily.
The lotus root’s texture was good !
