Difficult for me to choose two from five !!
Suddenly I felt like eating sashimi while working, I went to Tsukiji at lunchtime 🙂
My aim was Hajime Sengyo-ten .
Lunch menu. That day, two choices sashimi bowl (選べる２種海鮮丼, 1000 yen) only.
We had to choice 2 from 5 species of seafoods !!!
Bonito from Choshi of Chiba
Sardine from Tateyama of Chiba
Horse mackerel from Yaizu of Shizuoka
Boiled young sardines from Wakayama
Raw sea urchin
I couldn’t decide soon.
It is difficult for me like that.
At first, I’m not good at selecting anything.
I take much time to select everytime and everything.
And, I do concern about the combination in looking 🙁
(Especially, because I take photos these days 😉 )
At first, I wanted to eat sea urchin and bonito. But, I didn’t think those were not good combination in colors and tastes 🙁
And then, I managed to decide.
Bonito and sardine !!!
This was the first time to see the word “Sardine” on the lunch menu at Hajime Sengyo-ten.
And, I had eaten boiled sardines with soy sauce at night at there and I liked that so much.
So, I selected it. Those pieces of sardines were so fatty and tasty.
The fat was not heavy and had fresh sweetness.
Everytime I ate bonito at Hajime Sengyo-ten, I was satisfied with the taste. So, I selected bonito that time, too 🙂
Of couse those pieces of bonitos were fatty, too. But it was light and flavory.The texture was smooth and good.
Tamagoyaki and pickled vegetable, and miso soup with shijimi clam that I didn’t photograph was tasty as usual.
I went back to my office with happy feelings under the blazing sun 😛
