Their original fried rice !
Chinese foods Yoshiba that we visited last time was good and I wanted to go there again soon. And actually, we visited there again.
幕張の芳葉が結構おいしかったのでまた行ってみました★
My target was Fujisan (Mt.Fuji) fried rice (富士山チャーハン, 900 yen) ! Yoshiba’s specialty !
We ate gyoza while waiting. It was delicious, too. The dumpling skin was very thin and grilled crispy. Of course, the inside was juicy.
メインが来るのを外はパリパリ中はジューシーな焼き餃子を食べながら待ちます。
Our meals took much time to be served. Because,,, look at it. The chef pressed the fried rice into a mountain like Mt.Fuji and then put fried pork liver and Chinese leek on it.
キター！富士山チャーハン！中はレバニラ！
Not only its appearance, but also the taste was good 🙂
But you might feel, it isn’t similar to current Mt.Fuji. Maybe Mt.Fuji will be like it after eruption…
見た目がこってるだけじゃなく、味もとてもおいしいです。ただ、コレはきっと、噴火したあとの富士山ですね(^_^;)
Though I chose fried pork liver and Chinese leek, they accept some foods like chop suey (happosai in Japanese), boiled chicken karaage with ketchup and so on.
And more one dish. My friend’s Fried rice with green coconuts milk chicken curry (チキンのココナッツミルクグリーンカレーチャーハン, 850 yen). Can you imagine that green curry and fried rice together in the bowl ? I couldn’t imagine. But actually, it was in front of me !
あともう一つはグリーンカレーチャーハン。聞こえ、見た目からは想像できないくらい違和感なくオイシイです。
But fried rice having green soup curry was unexpectedly delicious. This green curry was creamy and not spicy like real Thai green curry.
サラッとしたグリーンカレーがチャーハンとよく合うんです。
