Kita-Senjyu after years absence.
After got out of Tankiyo, we tried walking to Kita-Senjyu.
We got a subway train there. We were at only a few stations till Kita-Senjyu.
But still we couldn’t.
I think this’s the first time to visit Kita-Senjyu. It was busy shopping street.
A few minutes walk later, we arrived at a cafe that is named Chaka popular as pancake.
It was just a lunchtime (We already finished eating, though :P), so there was no
vacant seat and we had to wait a minutes at the chairs outside.
But we could enter the cafe earlier than expected.
The inside was cute, too.
Because we were full with beef tongue stew, so we decided to share one pancake.
My drink was hot coffee. Plain pancake and drink set cost us 900 yen.
After 10 minutes or so, our pancake came.
The brand was lovely !
Maple syrup was in the heart-shaped container !
It’s more soufflé than pancake.
The creme seemed to be sandwiched between the doughs.
It had a natural sweetness and was enough tasty without maple syrup and butter.
I want to visit Kita-senjyu again, with my empty stomach 🙂
By the way, pancake became popular a few years ago but I thought it would go out
within half a year.
But those are still popular.
Cafe Kaila in Harajuku still have soooo many people waiting everyday.
After that we killed time at the street and Kita-senjyu Lumine and at five p.m.
we went to Mikawashima for our dinner.
