Do you try to be sucked into Yonehana, too ?
Though I planned to have breakfast at Yajima, but I found nakaochi (left over fresh on the tuna’s spine) was that day’s chef’s choice at Yonehana on twitter. So, I was sucked into black hole of Tsukiji named Yonehana after all as usual 😛
Of course, I just said good morning and entered into the shop and sat down.
Chef’s choice (omakase) was served automatically.
Warm oden recovered my frozen body.
Huge oden. I can’t say it’s oden clearly because those daikon radish and tofu was too large for oden.
Umm. I want to put some mustard on those ingredients little by little, but precious my mustard soaked into the soup !
My mustard lessen ! (Of course, there’s no need to worry about that because they serve much mustard every time)
Yonehana’s oden is seasoned light, so I like eating it with mustard and spicy miso on the table. Especially tofu.
And Nakaochi ! Plenty of fresh nakaochi on the dish ! So I love Yonehana !
Yonehana serves tuna sashimi so frequently this year.

And miso soup was served after a while. The ingredients were wakame seaweed and deep fried tofu.
After enjoying my breakfast, I went over Kachidoki bridge for my office X(
