Recently I don’t go to Odayasu (小田保) for breakfast frequently because I didn’t feel like eating fatty foods for breakfast. But Odayasu always challenges new foods.

Well, strictly speaking, they don’t challenge. They merely cook every fresh seafood fried with butter or deep fried.
The notice is shown on the whiteboard menu. It is “Today’s special” ! So you can’t always eat them. You can’t miss the whiteboard menus whenever you are in Odayasu ! Of course, regular menus hanging on the wall are good 🙂

That day, hairtail was on the whiteboard. Deep fried hairtail and fried hairtail with butter. So, I chose fried hairtail with butter with rice set.

Hairtail is called Tachiuo in Japanese. Two bigger slices of tachiuo were on the dish. The tachiuo was so fatty and good.
