Recently I go to Tsukiji for breakfast so frequently because summer vacation season will come soon. I heard Yonehana (米花)’s chef’s choice that day is chicimen sansho. So, I hurried to there.

This is the whole view of my breakfast.

This is tuna sashimi. Lean meat of tuna. Fresh and good.

Boiled eggplant with miso. It was nutritious.

Fried eggs and Chinese leeks.

This ! Dried young sardines with sansho pepper ! It’s my delight !
I was surprised that they cooked it at the kitchen !

And this is chirimen sansho on the rice. Chirimen sansho is simmered dried young sardines and sansho (Japanese peppercorn) berries. I like it very much. Yonehana make it in the kitchen.

I wanted to buy it to my home. But they prepared it only for chef’s choice. It takes much time to make.
