Sequel Tsukiji visiting before mid-summer coming !
I go to Tsukiji for breakfast so frequently nowadays before summer vacation season coming.
That day I knew “Today’s chef’s choice” at Yonehana on the Twitter and went straight to Yonehana.
This is the whole view of chef’s choice that day. What the most attracted me ?
夏休み前に、そして本格的に暑くなる前に築地に駆け込みまくってます。
Tuna sashimi ? No. Certainly, it was fresh as usual.
この日米花のおまかせで、お目当てだったのは、この新鮮なまぐろではありません。もちろんおいしいけれど。
Boiled eggplant with miso. It was nutritious. But it wasn’t, too.
ナス味噌でもありません。
Fried eggs and Chinese leeks. It was delicious. But not, too.
ニラ玉もおいしかったけれどこれでもありません。てか、このニラ玉おいしい・・・。
This ! Dried young sardines with sansho pepper ! It’s my delight !
I was surprised that they cooked it at the kitchen !
I think I can keep eating rice with it !

I wanted to buy it to my home. But they prepared it only for chef’s choice 🙁
