I got up early to have breakfast at Odayasu, but I found “Today’s chef’s choice” at Yonehana (米花) is grilled grunt with salt on Twitter in the train. So, I changed my mind and entered Yonehana. They grill fish with charcoal-grilling facility. Charcoal-grilled fishes are very good.
But Toyosu new market prohitbit charcoal-grilling facility. We’ll be unable to eat charcoal grilling foods at Yonehana in Toyosu. So, I want to go to Yonehana withoug hesitation when they serve grilled foods ! They also might miss. Recently they serve grilled fish so often.
Grilled grunt wit salt. Grunt is called Isaki in Japanese. Huge… Normally such a whole huge fish can’t be served in meal set. Just Yonehana. I needed more rice.
And boiled chicken liver, onions on the bed of dried shredded daikon radish.
At first, I ate dried daikon radish that isn’t my taste. And then I started to eat my delight chicken liver. Recently Yonehana’s chef’s choice become larger. And I decided to bring plastic container when I go to Yonehana ! My friends already bring it to Yonehana every time.
