Blue sky without clouds, blue architectures… blue world is there !
(I want to finish uploading articles about travel to Uzbekistan 🙂 )
I had been to here at this day’s morning, and I also came to here again.
Registan (Регистан), it was under preparation for music festival, and we couldn’t see Registan only for two hours at afternoon.
A statue of Ulugh Beg teaching his students in bronze
These were for the music festival, so I heard these stands for a limited time.
This is also under preparation of music festival (^^)
The seats for the audience.
Ulugh Beg Madrasa (Медресе Улугбека)
Inside of the architecture is modern.
Ulugh Beg Madrasa is used as museum of astronomy deprived from him.
He was also an astronomer.
Sherdor Madrasa (Медресе Шердор)
Well,
Gur Emir Mausoleum (Amir Temur mausoleum, Мавзолей Гур-Эмир)
Its interior was gorgeous
Inside of the architecture was so gorgeous.
Timur’s coffisn was that black one at the center.
Maybe, in order to Uzbek, Russian, English.
These coffins were replicas and genuine coffins were under the floor, located same.
It was really beautiful.
I took the picture by sepia.
*After this, we went to Ulugbek’s observatory (Обсерватория Улугбека).
Ulugh Beg statue stands in front of the stairs.」
It is a museum now.
I mistook taking pictures of remains of sextant. I was disappointed 🙁
I was looking forward to seeing and taking a picture of it :O
I couldn’t take picture well and I couldn’t take much picture.
Well, suddenly I felt listless.
Later, we went to Afrasiab Museum, but I didn’t take any picture.
Of course, one reason is because it got dark.
But another reason is my physical condition.
I also had a stmachache.
Afrasiab Museum had a lot of old goods. Old medical equipment, coins, hats, and so on.
Also, there were frescoes. The colour had faded.
It seemed difficult to preserve 🙁
The restaurant name is “Registan”. This picture is a dish of borsch.
The dishes looked like curry tasted too sweet to eat it 🙁
(I didn’t take the picture.) I wanted to forget soon.
It had crystallized fruit in it 🙁
My friend asked a waiter, “Do you have Tabasco or something hot seasonings ?”
Then he brought to us raw green chilies.
She could eat the dish all with pepper.
But I couldn’t.
Well, I didn’t want to eat raw green chilies 🙁
After going back to our hotel, my stomachahe got heavily.
But I thought, “I’ll be good tomorrow morning.”. Then, I went to bed.
Our room at hotel in Samarkand was too hot for me.
It was hotter than outdoor. Air conditioner in our room didn’t work at all. In spite of I set the temperature 19 degrees centigrade :O
And, the electricity failed again and again.
