View of Kaohsiung city from Kaohsiung 85 tower !
This is the last post about my trip to Kaosiung in 2015.
Last sightseeing in Kaohsiung.
I went to Sanduo Shopping District Station by metro.
The Tuntex Sky Tower (85 Sky Tower) !
This tower’s observation room !
高雄最後の観光はこちら、高雄で一番高い、８５ビル！
There’s entrance of the tower, but we can’t go to 75th floor that have the observation room from this entrance.
The direct elevator for the observation room is in 85 Sky Tower Hotel (君鴻國際酒店).
展望台へは商業ビルの入り口ではなく、君鴻國際酒店のエレベーターで行きます。
The admission fee is 180 TWD. Tickets could be got at the tower, but we can get tickets around 150 TWD at ticket shops on the way to the tower from the station. You can save 20 – 30 TWD 🙂
Of course, I got the ticket at ticket shop.

Starry sky in the elevator !
エレベーターは途中暗くなり･･･星空のよう。
The elevator conveyed me rapidly.
高速エレベーターであっという間に地上347ｍの展望台へ。
No one there….
平日の昼間のせいか、誰もいない…(ﾉ∀`)
ラウンジ。暇そうな店員とお客さんが一人いるだけ。
I visited there on workday at noon.
The city enveloped in mist.
かなりもやっとしてます。台湾も大気汚染が深刻。
夜景ならきれいかもしれない。
Of course, this 347 m tall tower is the highest architecture in Kaohsiung city, and it used to be the highest architecture in Taiwan by the time Taipei 101 being complete. (So, now it it is second tallest)
“85” in its name is deprived from 85th that is the top floor of this tower. So, probably Taipei 101 is 101-storied building 🙂
By the way, this tower is shaped as “高” of Kaohsiung (高雄).
Because of air pollution, we can’t see clear view in the daytime. Maybe night view is good 😉
So, I decided to visit there at nighttime again and went toward the airport.
I wanted to buy something to eat in the plane at convenience store, but somehow I couldn’t find any on my way to the airport from the tower nevertheless found many convenience stores like Family mart and Seven Eleven at this trip 🙁
Strictly speaking, I found Family Mart in Sanduo Shopping District station, but it was too small and meals were sold out.
Though I got to the airport 2 hours before the flight time, there were few active check-in counter and it took much time. There was no check-in machine and I had to wait in patient. It took about 50 minutes 🙁
2時間前についたのに、チェックインに50分かかりました（T_T) 機内で食べる軽食も買えなかったので、ラウンジに駆け込みます。
So, I didn’t have enough time, but I felt hungry, I entered the lounge and I ate something quickly. Buns were delicious 🙂
時間はなかったけれど、なんとかラウンジでバクバクッと食べました。
Though it was too short trip, I enjoyed a lot. Good-bye Kaohsiung !
短かったけれど、楽しかったです。また高雄、行きたいです。
I want to see Lotus pond next time 🙂
