Best horse mackerel fry ever
ひさびさの八千代(*´д｀*)２人待ちだったので並ぶことに。５分くらいで入れましたけどね。
I had breakfast at Tonkatsu yachiyo in Tsukiji after a long long absence.
I had really wanted to go there, but since they were featured on popular TV program, there was always long line in front of the shop.
But the other day, we found there were only two people waiting. My friend who wanted to try Yachiyo said “I can wait !”
We could enter this shop within 5 minutes after all 🙂
Anyway we ordered C set (C定食, 1400 yen) each.

C set have deep fried horse mackerel that is specialty of Yachiyo, deep fried kuruma prawn that is the most popular deep fried foods and deep fried scallop.
I missed you !
Its coating was crisp, but the horse mackerel meat was juicy.
I learned its coating have cheese on the TV program. I didn’t feel the cheese, but certainly I felt it is not simple crumb.
The prawn’s head is hard, but its innard was tasty. So I recommend you eat everything from its head to tail.
The scallop fry was completely cooked this time. I like “medium rare” !
帆立フライは火が結構しっかり通っていました。
Miso soup with mitsuba was good, too !
