3 ways of eating the ramen (Kameido)

Winter has set in. And I want eating ramen so frequently. Ah, spicy foods, too 😀
Today’s my post is about ramen shop that is my acquaintance’s favorite shop.

Men-Kobo TAKESHI

Appearance, Men-Kobo TAKESHI (Kameido)

The shop have 3 kinds of ramen menus. Shio ramen (Salted ramen), Gyu-shio ramen (Beef and salted ramen) and tsukemen.
My acquaintance recommended Gyu-shio ramen, so I ordered this. Also  Chinese dumplings sounded yummy 🙂

I handed a ticket to a waitress. And after a while, brown powder came.
Garam masala, Men-Kobo TAKESHI (Kameido)
Garam masala. The notice said that this garam masala have 28 kinds of nature remedies and spices. They made it by themselves.
I heard that adding this powder largely change the taste of the soup of  Gyu-shio ramen.

After a while, my ramen came.

Gyu-shio ramen with boiled egg (牛塩味玉ラーメン, 850 yen).

Ordinary ramen have roast pork as topping, but this ramen, as its name, beefmeat on it.
Also it had raw seaweed. It is unique.

Gyushio ramen, Men-kobo TAKESHI (Kameido)

The noodles were soft and I liked it. Those fat floating on the soup is fat of beef. But it was not thick at all and it was tasty.
The boiled egg had no seasonings, but it was half-boiled egg.

Well, I finished eating the half of the noodles and I put garam masara into the soup.
This light ramen went with the garam masara very well.

And I ate some, and then I put homemade chili oil on the table into the soup.

Spicy and good. I liked the taste best ! I love spicy foods all the same 😀

We can eat the ramen by three way of eating. Cool 😀
