This is an article about going to yokohama chinatown last month
This is sequel to the article of last post about the tour.
(I haven’t forgotten. There are many pictures in my PC, so being confused 😛 )
After going Kinryo, we went to Keitokuchin.
For eating Mapo doufu 😀
At first, it came.
Fried crab meat and tofu (豆腐とかにのあんかけ)
It had a salty taste and flavor of crab :D.
Fried green vegetables(青菜炒め)(I forget the vegetable’s name. Maybe Chinese spinach)
Every Stir-fried green vegetables that I visited this time were very good.
Comparing the tastes of Mapo doufu!
Ordinary Mapo tofu (麻婆豆腐)
It is very mild. This is the sweetest dish that we ate at this restaurant, I think.
Ordinary Sichuan Mapo doufu (四川麻婆豆腐)
The first mouthful, I coughed.
It has a strong smell of prickly ash.
It bites my tongue.
But this mapo doufu is very good. It has a good taste and body of miso pork.
I can eat the hole dish ?,,,,,no, I can’t.
But I heard there is a person who ate the hole dish.
Suddenly, the restaurant was empty except us.
I found because parade started at the street.
Celebration of china. China’s festival was held.
Three persons in it.
Cute or not cute….
Chinese lantern 😀 I like this town. Beautiful and clean.
