Popular ramen in narrow house like bed for eel.

I think hot soup is element of ramen. Good evening(^-^)

I heard that there is a good ramen shop around Akabane station and went there with a light heart.
This is a branch of the popular ramen shop that stands in Oji. This branch shop’s reputation is high, too.

The shop is face to the main street, but it is not the entrance. The entrance is face to beside the alley.

なんだかとってもブラックなラーメン屋さんですね( ̄ー ̄) ちなみにこの大通りに面した戸みたいなのは入口じゃありません。入口は脇道に面しています。

“Jikaseimen” means homemade noodles. The shop makes their own noodles at the shop.

There is only a long counter table in the shop. It looks like ‘sleeping places of an eel’.
And there were no spaces to go through. There is a door just behind the seats.

We entered the shop and bought a ramen ticket at the automatic ticket machine in front of the main door.
Then we got out once, and opened the door and enter again just behind our seat.
Recently, I sometimes find so narrow and small shops and restaurants like this.
It is popular at the moment ?

I ordered a Chuka soba (Chinese noodles, 中華そば, 600 yen).

Wel, I say again. Hot soup is essential to ramen.

スープ少ない・・・。スープはアツアツでないと嫌なのに、熱くないし、すくない~どんどん冷めていくよ~ヽ(`Д´)ノウワァァァン!!

The quantity was small !

You can take more soup by extra charge, but yet, it was far from my satisfaction in quantity.

In addition it was not hot.
This soup was not cold. The shop served soup lukewarm on purpose.

Well, I cannnot agree with him at all 😛

The ramen was topped with only green onions.Very simple.

Anyway, the concept of the shop is enjoying vaunted noodles made from whole wheat flour.

とにかく、このお店は、全粒粉で作った自慢の麺を味わいやがれ!っていうコンセプト のお店らしい。

The surface of the noodles were rough and picked up the soup more easily, but the noodles were snapped by teeth.It differed from my taste.

あんまし見慣れない茶色い濁ったスープ。結構おいしかった。アツアツでないのが残念すぎる

The soup was made from Hinai chicken and dried sardines. Never had I seen such a cloudy brown soup. It had bitterness of dried sardines a bit. It was tasty, so I want to have the soup more hot.

Because the amounts of noodles are not enough for men, it is necessary to order large helping 🙂
