Cafe like jewerly box
Strawberry season will be end soon.
Now we can get strawberries at the lowest price throughout year.
There’s the most attractive shop in the Funabashi Tobu building. It is run by Cafe Comm ca.
Gorgeous tarts are shown in the case. What lovely cakes !
Berry Cafe Funabashi Tobu branch
But, to tell the truth, they cut cakes bigger before…
So, it was too big for me and I couldn’t eat it up and I rarely ate at the cafe.
Now, those pieces of cakes are good size for me.
But too expensive. This small piece of cake cost us near 800 yen ! Oh, my !
By the way… the dish is too big for the cake, isn’t it ?
Certainly this Amaou strawberries and mascarpone tart (あまおうのタルト) was sweet and delicious. But 800 yen… Umm..
Good atmosphere and we forgot we were in the busy department store for a while. Cafe Comme ca and Berry cafe have lots of branch around Kanto region.
Now, I’m preparing trip to Osaka from tomorrow 🙂 At Osaka, we’ll eat various foods of Osaka.
So, I can’t post any article for a few days. See you.

Hi! I found your blog via Mitzie Mee. It looks like you had a great meal! I love strawberries during ichigo season. They are so big, soft and tasty! Have fun in Osaka!
Welcome to my blog. I’m really glad to meet her during her visiting Japan.
I love strawberries, too. But the season will be end soon. We’ll miss strawberries !
Thank you! I’m really happy to have found your blog. Mitzie Mee sounds liks a fun person to meet and with her food background, I’m sure you had a great meal.
Oh yes! The strawberries where we are in Canada are completely disappointing. I would love to have a strawberry vine in my backyard to at least come close to the flavour of what I’ve had in Japan.
Have fun in Osaka.
Thanks, now I’m back in safe 🙂
