My dearest Tsukiji.
I decided to have breakfast at Yonehana because the chef’s choice of that day attracted me on Twitter.
この日は米花でおまかせを食べると決めていました。
There’s a whiteboard at the gate. Lost properties that are found in Tsukiji market are written.
This is one of the popular viewing spot.
That day,,, bonito, splendid alfosino, mozuku seaweed, curry, thread-sail tilefish, frozen foot of octopus, frozen shrimp and so on was on the whiteboard.

When I got to Yonehana, there were many vacant seats and my breakfast was served quickly. Whole view of chef’s choice.
この日のおまかせ全景。いつもよりボリュームは抑え気味。
Winter melon and boiled beaten egg in soup.
The salted soup was mild and delicious.
冬瓜。こんなにいっぱい冬瓜食べたの初めて(ﾉ∀`)スープがとっても優しい味でおいしい！

I was really glad that I could have such a deluxe breakfast !
うにをまとったごはん。なんて贅沢な朝ごはん！
Because of such a muggy weather, Yonehana prepare refreshing breakfast like this.
