Yonehana’s conger eel have top quality
I had breakfast at Yonehana. Recently there are some vacant seats when I get to there weekdays’ 7a.m.
I’m so happy that I can eat breakfast slowly in the house again 🙂
I knew that day’s breakfast was boiled conger eel with soy sauce in advance and I felt like eating it.
Yonehana’s boiled conger eel is awesome.
As you see, it was boiled until being very soft.
This sauce go with wasabi very well.
The conger eel was easy to break, so, I was very careful with taking it with chopsticks and put it on the rice 🙂
This is “small dish”
But soft konbu seaweed and eggplants stuck out ! Those were seasoned with sesami sauce. Its appearance might not be good, but it was delicious 🙂
As often the case with me, I need about one hour to eat chef’s choice up at Yonehana. But that day, I could eat it up soon. So, I went to Turret coffee to have coffee.
Iced cafe latte.I This is the best drink for me at the cafe.
