I ate chef’s choice at Yonehana (米花) in the morning after a long time absence.
Though Yonehana have regular menu, they prepare chef’s choice set for regular customers who visit this shop so frequently because they don’t have much foods on the menu. Sashimi bowl, eel, yakitori. That’s all. And this is the chef’s choice that day.
Assorted sashimi. Raw salmon roe, scallop, ark shell on mekabu seaweed. I had wanted to eat raw salmon roe at Yonehana ! Finally, my wish came true !
I felt chill in the cold morning, so I was happy with the warm oden. This oden was sooooo tasty. As you see, the soup didn’t have strong taste, but it had much flavor of dried bonito.
After I ate half of my rice, I put some slices of sashimi on the rice. While doing that, two girls from Thailand watched me in wonder. Making sashimi bowl by myself is really fun !
