Making sashimi bowl is fun !
I ate chef’s choice at Yonehana in the morning after a long time absence.
The chef’s choice was gorgeous !
Assorted sashimi. Raw salmon roe, scallop, ark shell on mekabu seaweed.
I had wanted to eat raw salmon roe at Yonehana ! My wish came true !
I felt chill in the cold morning, so I was happy with the warm oden 😀
Too much mustard…
This oden was sooooo tasty. As you see, the soup didn’t have strong taste, but it had much flavor of dried bonito.
After eating half of my rice, I put some slices of sashimi on the rice
While doing that, two girls from Thailand watched me in wonder 😛
