Ice and lemon ramen is special tastes for Summer !

Recently it is muggy every day in Tokyo (Though I live in Chiba :P).
I feel like eating cold foods in such a muggy air.

I ate awesome sudachi soba last year and was impressed by its appearance and refreshing tastes.

Tsukiji : Tempura soba at Long-established Nunotsune Sarashina (布恒更科)
I felt value of Ginza at Tsukiji I feel like eating cold soba because it's still hot in the daytime. Especially, concrete reflects light in Tokyo Metropolis and it's very hot. I must be getting old ...
But this year, I feel like eating cold ramen.
Truthfully speaking, I wanted go to “Kuroki” that have great reputation, but I can’t wait so much in such a muggy air. I gave up 🙁
I don’t have such a passion !
So, I went to Ojima close to Kameido after work.

Also Rinsuzu shokudo have high reputation as “lemon ramen”, but according to its location (Ojima is not a busy town), we don’t have to wait such a long time 🙂

We have to buy tickets at the entrance before taking seats.
I couldn’t decide soon, but I bought a ticket of “Ice and lemon ramen” that is limited this summer.

My friend ate it.
Guts Nanban ramen (モツ南蛮ラーメン, 850 yen)
At first, I felt like eating it at the ticket vending machine.
But I tasted it and then I found it wasn’t my taste that day. It was so fatty though it was tasty.
I was in mood for refreshing cold ramen that day all the same !

Green onion, grilled green onion, guts in it. The soup was thick. It was really similar to the soup of kamo(Duck) nanban soba.
The noodle was flat type.

My friend also ordered chicken tempura (鶏天, 250 yen) and seaweed zosui (海苔雑炊, 100 yen). It’s too much for him. So, I ate two slices of the chicken 😛
It was really tasty. Juicy chicken was fried deeply.
Seaweed zosui have much dried seaweed under the rice. It looks something funny 🙂
He put his nanban soup into this bowl and ate as zosui.
The fatty soup became light thanks to the fragrant smell of the seaweed.

And this is my Ice and lemon ramen (氷レモンラーメン, 750 yen) ! Many slices of lemon and ice looks cool !
The soup was so fatty as same as nanba ramen soup !
But the sourness of lemon and cold soup added refreshing taste to the soup !
This curly noodle went with this cold and sour soup very well.

When we got to there around 7 p.m., there were many vacant seats, but the time when we finished eating, there were some people waiting.

This shop’s hot lemon ramen is very popular. Many people ordered it.
I ate it last time. It was tasty, too. But I like cold one better than hot one 🙂

Ramen covered with sliced lemon. When I ate sudachi soba the other day of this summer, I liked it and thought noodles go with citruses contrary to expectations. And I went to Ojima (close to Kinshich...

Cold ramen? That sounds interesting for sure. But doesn’t the fat of the ramen cling to your teeth and tongue if it’s cold? :O
