I had breakfast at Odayasu (小田保). This was the first eat out to Tsukiji Market in 2014. My friend recommended Odayasu’s oyster on Twitter. He said that day’s oysters are splendid. So, I decided.
This is Kaki Mix. Kaki Mix set have fried oysters with butter and deep fried oysters. I eat it every year 🙂 We can eat oysters at Tsukiji only in winter. So we can enjoy this dish only in winter.
Well, I said before, I eat it every year. But I hadn’t seen such a big deep fried oysters at Tsukiji Market !!! Everytime I ate deep fried oysters at Tsukiji, one piece of “deep fried oyster” have two oysters in it. But those were not. Those have one oyster. One huge oyster ! Those were same width as bowl :O
