Ninth Keisuke serve flavory soba having plenty of extracts pf ducks.

I challenged a ramen shop located in Ginza area. “Kudaime Keisuke”.
Keisuke is expanding ramen shop and have many branches mainly in Tokyo.
“Kudaime” means ninth. Yes. This is the ninth branch.
Now I said there are many branches of Keisuke. But every branches don’t serve same tastes. Every branches have their original tastes.
This “Kudaime Keisuke” use duck.

I ordered simple duck soba (芳醇 鴨そば, 900 yen). Slices of roast duck is on the ramen. Soy sauce-based fatty soup have much extracts of duck.

It’s not ordinary noodles. This flat noodles have so springy texture. It’s like Korean style cold noodles 🙂 I could feel high quality ingredients are used for this ramen.
