Yotsuya-Sanchome : Noodles dressed with oyster sauce at Kahin

Most simple noodle ever for me.

My friend said that he want to eat “Chinese noodles dressed with oyster sauce”, so we went to the restaurant that is named Kahin in Yotsuya-Sanchome.
Its appearance seems something a high-quality restaurant. Though the ground floor of the building is cheap izakaya 😛

カキソース和えそばを食べに嘉賓へ行きました～。

I ordered a Chinese noodles dressed with oyster sauce and rice gruel with chicken set (カキソース和えそばと鶏肉入り粥のセット, 800 yen).

ボリューム満点なセットヽ(´ー｀)ノ

I had never seen such a dull looking noodles ! We couldn’t see any ingredients in it. Plain brown narrow noodles.

これほど見た目がさえない食べ物があろうか！という具がほとんどない茶色い麺(ﾉ∀`) ですが、結構美味しかったです。

Strictly speaking, it had green onions chopped into sooo small bits in it.

But unexpectedly, it was tasty.
It had much flavor of oyster sauce and the noodles textured good.
Though it is likely to be able to cook easily 😛

It was similar to yakisoba !

Rice gruel was reasonably good.
But it was lightly seasoned, so I felt like I’m ill. When I felt sick , my mother would cook me rice gruel.This rice gruel reminded me of that.

Very weak taste, so, I added chili oil to it 🙂

We also ordered a Chinese dumplings (水餃子, 800 yen).

おおきめの水餃子～。

Its sauce was good 😛 Of course, those dumplings were tasty, too.

たれがオイシイ(ﾉ∀`)

We can eat all dishes at a 20 percent discount on every Saturdays, Sundays and another national holidays. That’s a good service.
