Cold yellowtail season will be out soon
This will be the last time to eat it on this season. Yonehana’s Pickled cold yellow tail bowl (寒ブリ漬け丼, 1500 yen) !!!
I want to eat the dish at least once every seasons. Well, actually I really want to eat it more. But I also want to eat another much foods.
(I have one stomach … only…)
The best fresh !
Last time, much slices of cold yellowtail thinly on the rice. But this time, five slices of the fish was too thick as you see.
It is the Yonehana style 😀 This is the Yonehana.
I hate cold climate, but I love winter because winter have much tasty seafoods like the cold yellowtail, oysters, cod roe and so on 😀
Yonehana have so much guests who are tourists from overseas.
When I entered the shop, there were few vacant seat left. And I found my acquaintance in the shop 🙂
And I was seated next to him. Everytime I go to Yonehana, I can meet someone I know. I’m very glad.
Nowadays I don’t go to Yonehana so frequently, so the waiter didn’t say the word “Chef’s choice” to me.
I don’t want the waiter deciding my order Chef’s choice, but feel sad that he don’t say it 😛
As same as last year’s, this year’s cold yellowtail was awesome all the same !
