Breakfast at Tsukiji is sometime fight !

I didn’t like boiled foods in soy sauce and sugar. My mother used to cook frequently, and also I used to eat it by school lunch. Each of foods in soy sauce and sugar were so sweet for me.

But Yonehana make my ideal boiled fish !

Chef’s choice (Omakase)

Boiled mackerel with soy sauce, Yonehana (Tsukiji Market)

At first, I regretted that I didn’t order anything else.
On regular customers entering the shop, the waiter say to cookers, “One chef’s choice !”
So, if I don’t want to eat chef’s choice, I have to order other dish just after into the shop.
But first of all, I have to ask the waiter what is the day’s chef’s choice. Because there is no information about chef’s choice 😛

By the way, this shop’s boiled mackerel with miso and sugar was not sweet. It was used soy sauce appropriately. So, I liked it.
After finishing eat it, some people ask the waiter adding hot water in it. Then they drinks up. But I didn’t do. Because if I drunk up this soup, I got much salts.
In addition to I always take much salts,,,, if I drunk up such a salty soup,,, huh ?

Tsumire-jiru (miso soup with minced fish)
The tsumire was big. It looked like golf ball. The soup had good taste of shiitake mushrooms and tsumire in it.

Chef’s choice at Yonehana can be ordered only regular customers.
But boiled foods in miso and sugar itself can be ordered by everyone 🙂
