May 1st. Chef’s choice at Yonehana

It’s late to post, but this is my record of breakfast at Yonehana last week.

Entree. Bonito and Japanese butterfish sashimi. Those bonito were cut more thinner than usual 🙂
I felt this was the best bonito sashimi that I had eaten ever !
I’m always anxious that I’m going to get peritendinitis when I eat so thick bonito sashimi at Yonehana 🙁
But, that day, there was no problem !

And I was impressive by this tasty rolled kelp with herring in it (herring konbu-maki) !
The kelp peeled from the herring when I held it with my chopsticks because the kelp was simmered for a long time. But this kelp was so yummy 😉
And the taste of herring in it was soft and had much taste of kelp !

I want to change my memory that I ate tasteless and dry rolled kelp as this New Year dish… !

Happy New Year 2012 :)
I wish I'll be in a different environment this year. I 'll do my best to find new job. I'll eat something good, this year, too. :P I have few times to have a dream. Hatsuyume ?(first dream...

Also butterbur was there. May be it was boiled with rolled kelp.
Left is chicken ball. The butterbur went with spicy miso very well.

Pickled vegetables. Why was it located to right ? 😛

And I ate miso soup with plenty of tofu and nothing anything else 🙂
