I missed fishes during staying in Hawaii

Today’s breakfast was bonito and yellowtail.
I had missed Japanese fishes during my staying in Hawaii.
After coming back to Japan, I intended to go to Tsukiji soon.
But I didn’t go there because of snowfall.
Slices of bonito is big and heavy.
So, I’m going to have tendonitis 😛
It was very good. It was filling.
There was bigger beef than usual on the dish :P.

Tofu, bonito and yellowtail. Together.
Only tofu. There was no beef 😛
Potato salad was good, too.
This is unusual taste. But it tasted good. (I think it was by species of potates.)

Kichiji rockfish boiled with soy sauce.
Very very very fatty.
I like it best in the fishes boiled with soy sauce.
Yonehana serve kichiji rockfish as chef’s choice so frequently, so we forget. But kichiji rockfish is expensive !
