Don’t miss out the time if you have something that you want to eat !
I didn’t go Yonehana two consecutive days.
Feb. 2nd, Chef’s choice (American butterfish = Managatsuo)
I like Saikyo-yaki (grilling a fish with Saikyo miso sauce) very much.
This is first time to eat Saikyo-yaki of butterfish.
Shopkeeper said, “You can eat everything except big bone middle of it.”
But I don’t like small bones 🙁 I didn’t eat bones.
Yonehana’s grilled foods is very good because of the savory smell of a slightly burned surface.
I like the fragrant smell of well grilled Saikyo miso very much.
There were shiimi clam in miso soup.
Feb. 6th, Marinated cold yellowtail bowl (1500 yen)
I had been wanting to eat it :D.
But I had missed to order because sleepiness and coldness.
Moreover, I hadn’t odered it because I hadn’t be able to resist the exciting of chef’s choice.
But cold yellowtail go on the market only in winter. It’ll getting warm hereafter.
When I try to eat cold yellow tail bowl next time, there might be nothing any more.
Yes, just like oyster last year 🙁
So, I went to Yonehana with strong resolution.(exaggerated? :P)
I’m happy that I ate it.
It seemed that a slice of fish was about 1 centimeter thick.( It might be saying too much.)
Rice is vinegared strong. At first, I didn’t like it. But I think it is necessary for rice being vinegared strong.
Because there are many slices of cold yellowtail very thickly on it.
So I didn’t care about it soon.
I couldn’t catch the yellowtail by chopsticks very well.
The reason is that it is slipping because of its weight and fat.
I felt yellowtail try to run away from me. I felt bitter 😛
One of the two empty small plates is for keeping some slice of yellowtail, otherwise I can’t eat rice under the yellowtail.
I don’t know about another one.
I tried to ask, but I couldn’t. (Shopkeeper was speaking all the time :(.)
Big minced fish soup. There was a big minched fish in the soup. This restaurant, everything is big :D.
