Spring came on my dish.
I went to the restaurant near my house that is in my favor, the other weekend after a long long absence.
I think more two years passed ??? It is very close to my house, so I think I can go at any time. After all, it took such a long time to go there.
Osteria Pizzeria UNO!
When I went to there for the first time, the restaurant was solitary house. But after about one year, it was rebuilt as apartment and the restaurant is now on its first floor.
And, after a long long absence, I found the interior has changed a lot that time.
This restaurant serve mainly spaghetti at lunchtime.
We can eat spaghetti that have seasonal ingredients.
Also they serve lunch course that have fish or meat (2100 yen) They used to serve pizza at lunchtime… but now they don’t.
I ordered a spaghetti set (パスタセット, 1080 yen). And we can choice one from appetizer & baguette, salads or soup.
I like the restaurant’s appetizer, so I choiced an appetizer without hesitation.
From left to right, marinated cabbage, spicy tomato flavored mushrooms, minestrone and a piece of baguette.
I choiced my Spaghetti aglio e olio with Spring cabbage and capeline. Very Spring color !
Though I felt that it needed more salt at first, I also thought that it was well seasoned for tasting capeline and Spring cabbage to the full.
Well, I’m always taking much salt. I know.. I know.
Small, but tasty dessert is included in the set. One drink (tea or coffee), too.
