Spring is steadily coming. Also here Tsukiji Market, too.

Tenfusa has started to deal with young sweetfish this season !
春の風に誘われて天房へ(｀・ω・´)←朝食難民になりかけたくせに
Tenfusa show the ingredients of tendon of the day at the entrance like this 🙂
That day, shrimp, squid, sand borer, young sweetfish and shiba prawn.
Shrimp and shiba prawn is standard ingredients.
築地にも春の訪れを感じる、「稚アユ」の文字が。というわけで今年も天房で稚鮎を食べます(｀・ω・´)

Speaking of Tenfusa, this shiba prawn is very popular. Its shell is crisp and tasty 🙂
天房といえば、このいかだみたいな芝エビですね。サクサクです。
I ordered shijimi clam soup (しじみ汁, 100 yen), too. Soup isn’t included in tendon.
少し寒気がしたので、しじみ汁も注文しました。
I think young sweetfish could be eaten at Tenfusa for more three months. So, if you have a plan to go to Tsukiji within three months, remember it 😉
Truthfully speaking, I wanted to go to Yonehana that day, but because there were about 10 people waiting, I gave up. And more another shops had some people waiting, too. I was at a loss what to do, but fortunately Tenfusa had only one vacant seat. Tenfusa helped me 🙂
Now is Spring vacation for students and also Tsukiji market is sometime featured on TV Show. So, I should go there 30 minutes earlier than ever.
After breakfast in Tsukiji Market, I want to take a break at Turret coffee 🙂
