I took first train only for Sushidai !
I went to Sushidai at breakfast Tuesday.
I took the first train after about 6 years absense.
This was 4th time to go to Sushidai.
Whenever I went to Sushidai, it is not very crowded.
But recently it is always very crowded. So, I haven’t been to there.
Of course, it was very good this time.
Sushidai have chef’s choice course and almost all people order this, but I ordered many sushi as I liked for the first time.
Soup made from the bony parts of fish.
I wanted to eat soft roe and file fish absolutely.
Soft roe (白子). It is end of season for it.
Cold yellowtail (寒ブリ). It is end of season,too.
Filefish (カワハギ).Liver generously.
Grilled splendid alfosino (金目鯛のあぶり). Fat flooding 😀
Monkfish liver (あん肝). It is big, so I can’t see rice :P. Soft texture.
Blackthroat seaperch (のどぐろ)
Botan shrimp (ボタン海老)
It shined in the case.Chewy shrimp 😀
Spanish mackerel (鰆). As you see this photo, very fatty.
Pacific herring (ニシン). I hate pickled pacific herring, so at first I didn’t want to eat it, but it is not always be serving.
So I tried it.
But it is very good. It is fresh, It is really good :D. I’m very happy to eat.
On the way, an omlet was served. But I ate it soon, so I missed to take the picture 😛
I felt it spongy.
And last is …
Kuruma prawn (車海老).Mayo shrimps 😀 Mayo shrimps 😀
This was seasoned with some of sichimi.
But the prawn have strong taste of shrimps, so I think it is tasty without
anything :D.
I try to take pictures with more care.
