Ramen having lots of Chiba products.
Now I’m crazy about ramen. Hello :p
I want to eat ramen twice in a day every day, but it’s too bad for health so, I refrain from it.
I eat ramen once or twice in a week.
That day, I went to there.
Sandaime Men-dokoro Maruha Kiwami
This shop serve many kinds of ramen and use much ingredients from Chiba prefecture.
Perhaps they use ingredients from Chiba only that could be steadily gotten.
I ordered it. Clear ramen with salt, chicken and scallop soup (純鶏ホタテ塩らーめん, 830 yen).
Clear salted soup. You can’t see, but this soup have plenty of extracts of scallop from Hokkaido and chicken from Chiba !
This narrow noodle went with the soup well. It was not heavy to eat at night.
It don’t have egg. My friend gave me it.
I didn’t deprive him of it :p
Contrary to my ramen, he ordered such a thick maze soba.
Paitan mazesoba (白湯まぜそば, 830 yen) + boiled egg (味玉, 100 yen). Paitan is chicken broth.
Three roast pork, two roast chicken, onsen tamago, boiled egg, green onion, deep fried green onion, cheese and so on.
After mixed. The curly noodle was flat. They use different noodles in soup.
The noodles were coated with the sauce well by mixing altogether. It tasted it. Though it was tasty, it was around 7 p.m.
It was heavy for my stomach. It’s good for lunchtime.
