Yukhoejang in my memories
I went to Nihonbashi after a long time, so I went to eat Yukhoejang (ユッケジャン, 950 yen) at Mudungsanmgd, also after a long time.
Mudungsanmgd is Korean food restaurant that located near the Kodemmacho subway station.
Maybe after a year absence. Probably more passed? I like this Yukhoejang best.
Sharply hot, good body, full of ingredients.
It looks as good as it used to. Ordinary.
I feel that they aim to the restaurant more tylish slightly.
The restaurant used to strange before.
I know the restaurant sealed up their whole windowpane by papers written in array of chinese character in black ink
久々の無等山！ユッケジャン食べるよ！
Let’s have Yukhoejang 😀 .
ランチタイムはおかずがつきます。
Bean sprouts, I had expected it is namul, but I found it is seasoned with vinegar 🙁 .
Kimchi is served less than before. I’m pleased.
Formerly , kimchi was served into deep dish wtih full, so too much for me.
I think some of people might to have left unfinished.
少なくなったな・・・。でも調度良いサイズ。
Yukhoejang comming.
以前に比べて薄味で甘い。。。おかしいな・・・。見た目にも薄いような。
The taste is different from before.
It tastes sweeter.
It tastes thinner.
In short,
It become to be easy for everyone to eat.
I like before. Very hot and very thick tastes.
I’ll go to search for Yukhoejang …..
