Casual sushi lunch.
I went to Motodane after a long months absence.
Usually the shop don’t so crowded at weekday’s lunchtime.
But that day, just after I seated, many guests came one after another and it became nearly full.
But I could get leftmost seat. Everytime I go to the shop, I take the seat. I’m left-hander.(These seats are narrow :P)
I wanted to eat sushi !!! So, I ordered it.
Nigiri 1.5 portions. (にぎり1.5人前) 1300 yen
That day, from fried egg as clockwise , vinegared ginger, bonito, sea bream, cockle, one more chutoro, scallop, round clam, yellowtail, boiled shrimp, squid and two chutoro.
Bonito and sea bream was excellent. But I also wanted to eat sea urchin 😛
The boiled egg is good, too.
Though I sometimes hear, “Chef serves edomae-zushi with more little time and effort, not use fresh seafoods as it is.”
As you see, this shop’s sushi don’t have such a words.
Sliced fresh raw seafood is on shari-shaped rice as it is. As far as I saw the chef’s hand, he cook sushi very quickly.
But this shop’s sushi is used very fresh seafoods, and the vinegared rice don’t have much vinegar. So I like the sushi.
This is 1.5 portion. 1 portion is too small for me. It have only 7 sushi.
Also the shop don’t have much menus at lunchtime.

If you have any dislike fishes, the chef change the fish.
No shells, I don’t like vinegared mackerel, no squid and octopus because I have bad tooth (Ah, my current situation …:P) and so on
But the shop don’t prepare another fishes, so, same fishes in the set is used as the replacement !
