Christmas night…

How do you spend Christmas ?
I went to Tokyo station to see light-up named “Tokyo Michi-terrace” yesterday.

This event is held from 24th to 27th of this month.

Truthfully speaking, I don’t like it because I didn’t feel Christmas from this I like Tokyo station’s atmosphere and this light-up completely diminished it.
And there’re lots of policemen and they control our acts strictly.

If you want to see it, you can see it well from south gate of Tokyo station. Truthfully speaking you have to go to viewing area from Marunouchi Northern gate or underground street, but I think you don’t need to do so. It takes much time and it is not well worth taking long time to see. It’s enough to see from south gate for a few minutes. This photo was taken from the gate.

Instead of that, I was really impressed by the white Christmas tree in  KITTE.(Until today, 25th)

Light-up along the street was really beautiful. This is held until Feb. 14, 2016.

In Estonia we usually have traditional dinner with family and visit friends and relatives. Then maybe in the evening people go to sauna and then Santa Claus comes to visit and brings good children presents. This year however, we decided to have quiet Christmas, so I stayed at home with my boyfriend. We had a not traditional dinner of spring rolls and watched movies 😛

      Happy new year !
Both is nice and warm Christmas 🙂
I have much opportunities to see Christmas in Northern Europe and I have longing for Christmas traditions there, of course, Estonia, too.
I hope your year will be filled with happiness.
