Hawaii is at the back street in Monja town

I found there is a Hawaiian bento shop in Tsukishima on the internet by chance.
But it was hard for me to find this shop because it stands back of the street.

Appearance, Maikai Kitchen (Tsukishima)

ネットで月島にハワイ料理のお弁当屋さんがあると知ってさっそく行ってきました!

It took much time to find. But finally, I found Hawaii in Tsukishima !!!
The shop’s name is Maikai Kitchen.

More ten minutes walk from my office !

The shop have much bento menus.
Garlic shrimp, loco moco, poke, marasada…. lots of Hawaiian foods !
Especially, this shop sells many kinds of poke !
But I didn’t know the name of the food “Mochiko chicken”. What is mochiko chicken ? And it is the lowest price in all bento menus…
And I love chicken 😀 So, I ordered this.
Mochiko chicken (モチコチキン) 500 yen

Moko chicken, Maikai Kitchen (Tsukishima)

照り焼きっぽい味付けのモチコチキン。あの、それにしても、この弁当白くないですか?(ノ∀`) まるいのはダブルごはんボールにポテサラボールです。

It looks like ordinary karaage ! But its taste was strong. It tasted like teriyaki. Juicy and tasty 😀
White things were two rice balls and one potato salad ball.
But truthfully speaking, I was tired of eating it on the way because it have strong flavor. So, I should have ordered another bento box and 1 or 2 mochiko chicken.
Mochiko chicken itself  was very tasty.

By the way, why did this box have two rice balls ? 😛
