Not just udon but also ramen at Takamatsu !
After we enjoyed udon tour, we went back to our hotel and took a break for a while.
Then, somehow we felt like eating something ! Nevertheless we ate too much at the bus tour !
But you know we ate much udon from the morning, so we wanted to eat something another and decided to go to the ramen shop that is the most popular in Takamatsu.
The shop’s name is Kinzan Seimensho, close to Kataharamachi station (Kotohira dentetsu)
Of course, it is within walking distance from Takamatsu station. About 20-30 minutes from Takamatsu station.
This shop moved to this area from Kawaramachi.
This shop don’t stand along busy street, but as you see some bicycles, there were many people in the shop 🙂
They use Japanese flour and cook their noodles by their own.
Menus. Torisoba, Aka torisoba (Spicy one), Kuro torisoba (with garlic sesami oil), sakana torisoba (With fish), Chinese noodles.
Every ramen soup is based on chicken soup except Chinese noodles.
My order was torisoba (chicken soba, 鶏そば, 700 yen) and Ajitama(boiled egg with soy sauce, 味玉, 100 yen). The ingredients is green onion, roast pork, radish shoot, seaweed.
This soup was rather thick because it had soup stock made of whole chicken and much collagen !
The curly noodles went the soup well.
Ajitama. Of course, it was half-boiled egg and the yolk was almost raw.
