Splendid sashimi again !
After dental treatment, I went toward Tsukiji Market with my empty stomach 🙂
My friends waited me in the Kashigashira. They already ate deep fried foods at the Tsukiji Market !
Kashigashira’s sashimi is dessert for them ! Oh, my!!!
I don’t like going to Tsukiji on Saturdays because Tsukiji is very close to my office.
But I can’t go to Kashigashira at morning on weekdays because Kashigashira opens from 11 am.
Lunchtime ? No, Kashigashira is far from my office for my lunch 🙁
So I sometimes feel like going to Kashigashira on Saturdays.
Recently I’m interested in Japanese sake much. Especially those names and labels.
I think Japanese sake have good names and nice looking 🙂 Though I don’t understand those taste much 😛
Nobody ate rice except me. I was starving !
Assorted sashimi (刺身盛り合わせ). From the horse mackerel side.
From lightly grilled kichiji rockfish side.
From lightly grilled red bream side.
Young tuna(center) was excellent ! Barfin flounder, bonito, barracuda, vinegared sardine, sea bass and so on.
I was very happy to eat so good sashimi at lunchtime.
Caulerpa lentillifera (海ぶどう). It is called Sea grapes in Japanese. Very fresh. I like the popping texture 😀
