One day of the weekend, I ate lunch with a friend and then, we went to Kashigashira to eat dessert.
Kashigashira was nearly full that day, too 🙂
There are many brands of sake ! I want to drink the carrot color sake !
Ivory shell (バイ貝)
I always can’t take meat out from the shell well.
Capitulum mitella (亀の手)
I saw it for the first time…..
Capitulum mitella is called “tortoise’s hand” in Japanese.
Well, it never seems shellfish…
It is said that the taste of Capitulum mitella is similar to crabs, but I didn’t think so. It was simply that the taste of shells. Good taste against my expectations 😉
To tell the truth, I believed that Capitulum mitella is real tortoise’s hand until quite recently 😛
I admire that men of other days tried to eat such an eccentric things. If I see this without any knowledge, I never try to eat such a strange object.
Assorted sashimi for two (刺身盛り合わせ)
Eh ? Those are not dessert ?
Ummm…. That’s OK because those were delicious !
