Tsukiji : Dinner at Kashigashira

I missed seafoods while traveling !!

My friends invited me to Kashigashira the other day.
I came back from Russia by trip and my friend thought I must have missed
Japanese foods, especially fishes and invited meto Kashigashira 🙂

At first, some dishes came !

Fried Burdock (ごぼうのきんぴら) is this side. Right is Grated yam (長芋のすり流し). And nikogori (jellied fish, 煮凝り) is that side.

Each foods were light and delicious. At Russia, I ate too much sweet desserts and I was fed up. So, I was very pleasant !

この透き通るような煮色・・・(*´д`*)

Cold pumpkin soup (かぼちゃの冷製スープ). It had much sweetness of pumpkin and it was sooo tasty 😀

I intended to eat later, but afterall, I forgot eating. Cod chips (たらチップス).

ちょこっとお寿司(ノ∀`)

Assorted sashimi (刺身盛り合わせ). Yeah, I can’t understand which is which.

お刺身。うん。どれがどれだかわかんない(・∀・)ナガスクジラの尾の身に白甘鯛、赤貝、青柳、キンメダイ、コチ、イサキ、しめさば、中トロ

rorqual tail, branchiostegus albus Dooley, ark shell, hen clam, splendid alfonsino, flathead, striped grunt, vinegared mackerel and chu-toro.
Everything was tasty, but No.1 was rorqual tail. It texture was smooth and it didn’t seem whale. I think whale have more chewy texture.
And the degrees of vinegar of mackerel was just for me 😀

And the seaweeds were good.

Raw oysters from Konbumori, Hokkaido (北海道の昆布森産牡蠣). So rich taste ! Awesome !
I hadn’t eaten such a flavory oyster !!!

昆布森というところが産地の牡蠣。この濃厚さ、やばいです(*´д`*)

Sea bream rice, Kashigashira (Tsukiji)
Last, sea bream rice (鯛めし) appeared.
Dried shell ligament was in it, too.

But, after a while, we found that was not last food.

Rice porridge came last. But I forgot taking the photo.
But the rice porridge was sooo tasty.
At first, I thought I can’t eat up, but it was delicious and finally I could eat up !
