Everyday they serve delicious seafood bowl.

That day, I tried yukhoe bowl (ユッケ丼, 1500 yen) that I had wanted to eat for a long time.
Yukhoe bowl have thinly tuna sashimi dressed with spicy sauce similar to yakiniku sauce, thickly sliced tuna sashimi, raw quail’s yolk, green onions and laver on the rice.

I like green onions. So such a lot of green onions made me happy 🙂
The sauce had strong taste, but the green onions made refreshed inside my mouth.

Though it was good, I think Kashigashira’s sashimi don’t need any strong seasoning. So, I like ordinary sashimi bowl at there best all the same 🙂

By the way, I always think so, Kashigashira’s green onion was delicious as same as their seafood 🙂
