Our regular way of spending time at Tsukiji on Saturdays

Kashigashira became our regular lunch place on Saturdays 🙂
(I don’t like going to near my office even on holidays though)
We went to Kashigashira that Saturday, too.

As soon as Kashigashira opened, we got into the shop. After a while, backbone offal of bonito (かつおの中落ち) came.
It seems tuna. clear pink colored meat.

土曜日ランチの定番、河岸頭で、最初に出てきたのはかつおのなかおち(`・ω・´)

Of course, it tasted good 🙂

Then cod chips (たらチップス) was served, too.

初めて知ったのですが「たらシート」なんてものが市場で売ってるんですね!

By the way, I had wanted to know how to cook it for a long time.
That day I understood.
“Cod sheet” is sold within Tsukiji Market. They buy it and fried deeply at the kitchen.
COD SHEET !!!!! I had never thought such a thing exist !
I had thought that they mash cod’s meat at the kitchen !
But I heard frying those sheets deeply is enough too difficult.

Basically when at Kashigashira, we wait for chef’s choice.
But  some guests around us ordered raw young sardines, and we also felt like eating the Raw whitebait (生しらす).

And after a while, grilled splendid alfonsino’s head (金目鯛のかぶと焼き) came.

キンメのかぶと焼き。スゴイ立派なものが出てきました。金目鯛の脂がしみたネギがおいしすぎる!!

Of course the meat was excellent, and the green onions with plenty of fish’s fat was great.
My friends love eating those eyes… But I hate 🙁 Disgusting….

And then, Boiled longtooth grouper with soy sauce (クエ煮) was served.

そしてお会計が心配になってくるクエのかたまり(ノ∀`)

Those high-quality fishes were served continuously, so we were anxious about our payment amount 😛

Still, we couldn’t but order assorted sashimi 😛

After got out of Kashigashira, we went to Four season that is also our regular break place at Tsukiji on Saturdays.
Lemon squash(レモンスカッシュ, 500 yen) . It contains fresh juice of one lemon ! Too sour !!!!!

食後はこれまた土曜日の定番、フォーシーズンで激すっぱのレモンスカッシュΣ(゚Д゚)
