Waking or sleeping, I’m thinking about Kashgiashira
My feet carry me to Kashigashira on Saturdays. That day, too.
Because of just after the refurbishment, their interior is very new, and they got fine business cards and splendid lumps of tuna meat.
They have plenty of go !

That day, we ate deluxe Assorted sashimi (刺身盛り合わせ) containing Southern bluefin tuna and Pacific Bluefin tuna.
Matsukawa flounder (Matsukawa karei), Slender grouper, Swordtip squid, salmon, hairtail, blackthroat seaperch, splendid alfonsino and Japanese bluefish (Big eye)
I preferred the lean meat of Southern bluefin tuna.
Tuna bowl (まぐろ丼)
Marinated lean meat of tuna with soy sauce was delicious 🙂
Of course fatty part of tuna was good, too !
I’ll go to there at my weekday’s lunchtime before long 🙂
But it’ll take more one hour from my office to Kashigashira and eating….
