Refurbished Kashigashira serve as high quality seafood as ever
Kashigashira has reopened from yesterday.
We visited there for congratulation on the day before yesterday.
Basically the restaurant has not changed a lot, but it became stylish and cool.

The interior became stylish, though, Kashigashira’s foods has not changed. Terrific! as usual !
He got such a good tuna from Malta that day and showed us.
The manager began to cook, everyone gathered with their cameras 😛 I did, too.
The lean meat of tuna has fresh color !
Fatty part of tuna was grilled.
Sticky raw young sardines with soy sauce with plum. Also cherry (called Lenya) from our acquaintance.

This shell took us by surprise !!! Huge !!
This was the first time to see whole ark shell. I hadn’t seen cut ark shell at restaurants only.
Well, I know its apperance !
But it had much flavor of sea !!!
He got much Shochu and all the preparations are completed !!
The manager don’t decided from when he’ll start, but Kashigashira will open till late at night. He got married and he is full of ambition 🙂
