Two bowls of rice ! Hearty dinner at Kashigashira !

It is sequel of last post about Kashigashira “Downstairs to heaven – 2/2 (Tsukiji)”.

We were so happy to eat such a rare fish so much. We wanted to eat rice with its broth, so we asked the shopkeeper to keep its broth.

Its coating was funny. It looks like cocoons 😀

I ate half of it, and then poured soup. Ochazuke 😀

更にもう一杯ごはんが来ました。さっきのクエの煮汁も一緒です。

Yes, it’s a broth of longtooth grouper that we asked the shopkeeper to keep ! Also he served us a yolk of a quail of egg and green onions.

The broth was sweet and a little broth was enough for me 😀

ごはんに煮汁をかけて頂きます。結構甘いのでちょびっとで十分でした(ﾉ∀`)

But,,,, we should have left also a little of meat 😛
