I visited Tsukiji on Saturday for the first time. It was fully packed !
I had something to do at Ginza, so I had stopped at Tsukiji.
I had heard the Tsukiji Market on Saturdays is crowded surprisingly.
So, I wanted to see it.
Sushidai have not too long line than I expected.
(Well, thre is another line for Sushidai along the road. About…50 persons ?)
Here were great deal of people.
Nakaie, Oedo, Bentomi-sushi, Yonehana, Takahashi, Kato lines up.
Recently Oedo have a long line at weekday.
There were many Japanese, so the restaurants that serves bowl menu was roaring business. Another, serving set menu restaurant have many guests, too.
Tomina and Rokumei-ken was opened (Both shop is opened from 9:00 am. So it is closed when I come to Tsukiji before my working everytime.)
So I thought whether or not I have a lunch at these restaurant.
I had decided to have a lunch at Sashimi Bar Kashigashira.
So I went to there.
The shop is underground of the building.
The bar is opened from 11:00 a.m.
I went to there 11:00 a.m. sharp.
But there is already a guest. Oh.
He ate Tsukiji-Jogai Bowl. Envy him.
This is a so big bowl that I can’t eat everything.
I ordered a salmon roe and salmon bowl (いくらとサーモンの丼, 1400 yen).
I waited having hojicha (roasted green tea). It’s helping myself.
My bowl came!
Great texture of salmon. Smooth, fatty.
I was pleased with the salmon roe wasn’t cold.
It kinds to my tooth.
Also, the salmon roe being colder, the more I feel it harder.
I found anything more tough to chew then salmon roe.
So, I watched carefully,
That was flying fish roe.
And I continued to eat.
I found something foreign white substance.
I watched carefully, again.
(Sorry for my saying “forein substance”. I like it.)
Then, my chopsticks hit something.
I was pleased to find unexpecting in it.
I found the shrimp when I felt a little tired of only salmon and salmon roe.
Finished eating, I got out of Kashigashira and I went toward Ginza
I found a fish on the wall of building on my way to Ginza. This is a hotel.
In any case, there were many tourist buses
Nagaden, Enoden, Chubu, Kita-kanto….
I walked to Ginza. I dropped in at Tsukiji Hongan-ji Temple.
Main hall is under repair.
In temporary main hall.
