Sashimi bowl shop having the longest line

I had breakfast at Kaisendon Oedo, inside Tsukiji Market.
But I couldn’t take picture because they forbid taking pictures.

Truthfully speaking, I wanted to go Iwasa Zushi. But unexpectedly it was full.

O-edo serves so large species of sashimi bowls and I chose “Chopped tuna sashimi bowl (Nakaochi Kaisen-don)”
There is no doubt that they serve fresh seafood because it is in Tsukiji.

What wrong thing was…

Vinegared rice

It was vinegared too strong.
The rice was wet by vinegar 🙁
It seemed not vinegared rice.

rice in vinegar

I had unusually second helping of tea.
I had a bad aftertaste 🙁

Why do they marinate those rice in vinegare so strongly ?

I went to Tsukiji because I wanted to buy something for New Year’s food, but there wasn’t some foods that I wanted.
Herring roe was inexpensive.
