Though their name have “Misaki harbor”, they have nothing to do with Misaki harbor.
We dropped in at Kaisen Misakiko for dinner when I visited Kamakura.
Speaking of Kaisen Misakiko, they are sushi-go-around restaurant and have many branched all over in Japan.
Such a blue signboard can be seen here and there.
But they don’t have higher reputation compared with Sushiro and Kura zushi because of their higher price.
But. This Kaisen Misakiko’s head shop is around Misaki-ko (Misaki harbor).
It’s in Kanagawa and close from Kamakura.
So, I had a high expectations that we can eat good sushi at this Kamakura branch 🙂
We wanted to have something seafood, but we couldn’t eat too much.
So, Sushi-go-around was good choice because we can eat as much as we want at sushi-go-around restaurant.
Yellow dish cost us 360 yen. And blue dish is 180 yen. You should check about the price hanging on the wall.
I had second helping of raw baby sardines. And I got one more dish of raw baby sardines. When you visit Kamakura and Enoshima, you’d better eat raw young sardines. It’s “Must” food 🙂
Whole spear squid is my delight. Totally, Kaisen Misakiko Kamakura branch was good. And they can keep serving fresh seafood because they have much guest from morning till night.
But actually, their head office is in Nihonbashi in Tokyo :p
