Indian foods that have moderate amount of salt
Indian foods are high in calories and salts ?
There is no need to worry about such a thing.
Hana
There is a Indian cuisine restaurant near Katsutadai station.
Not so far from my station.
But I had never been to there. Why ?
Because I thought Katsutadai is so local place 😛
Sorry, I’ll revise my mind from now.
There are three kidns of lunch meal sets.
Vegetarian curry (べジタリアン) 1000 yen
Non-vegetarian curry (ノンベジタリアン) 1000 yen
And
Special meals that have vegetarian curry and non-vegetarian curry (スペシャルミールス) 1300 yen
Naturally, we, who are gluttonous choiced a Special Meals !
More, we ordered a lassie and dessert after a meal. (Wow…)
Extra charge (300 yen) for lassie and dessert 😀
This is the “Special Meals” !
This side, left is eggplant achar, right is chutney.
We paid another 100 yen and made change Japanese rice for Indian rice.
Vegetarian curry was pumpkin.
Sweet. It was more dessert than curry 🙂
Non-vegetarian curry was lamb vindaloo.
Spicy ! And fresh sourness was good !
Beans curry and raita.
White one is upna and yellow is poriyal.
Rasam and sambal.
Every dishes were salted moderately. But still so tasty.
Last, I mixed every curries together on the rice and ate up 😀
Dessert after meals
It is not Indian dessert 😛
But it was tasty, now is best season for pear.
We’re going to go to an event that is named “Love India” this weekend. Hana will serve dishes at this event, too ! I’m excited !
