Kachidoki : Guts stew at stylish “cafe KASUGA” (カフェ カスガ)

New cafe is open near my office.

New stylish cafe has opened near my office 😀

会社の近くにこんなカフェができてました。

Kachidoki still has many old buildings, but recently new buildings has built little by little.

Gohan Cafe KASUGA

こんなカフェですが、ランチはもつ煮と、豚の生姜焼き･･･定食屋かぁっ！ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ

At lunchtime, they serves some lunch sets….
Umm..  Gut stew, ginger pork, curry and rice …. It seems Japanese traditional eatery !

At such a cool cafe !

こんなおされなカフェでもつ煮ですか・・・？

I entered the cafe, then the waitress aware of me and said that hashed beef  already sold out.

I ordered a guts stew set (もつ煮定食, 900 yen).

はい、もつ煮です(ﾉ∀`)

Guts stew, salad, pickled daikon radish, kinpira (chopped burdock root and carrot cooked in sugar and soy sauce), rice, miso soup and almond jelly.

It had much guts ! Much guts, Japanese konjac jelly, hard tofu and so forth in miso soup.
Those guts were chewy and it seasoned well 🙂

もつはちょっと硬いけど、味はおいしかったです。もついっぱい入ってるし（`･ω･´）

Maybe the almond jelly was canned foods. It had no taste. Just sweet.

The set have a cup of coffee. The spoon was large … !

食後はコーヒーでまったり。（スプーンでかい）

I want to visit there again. Next, I’ll try curry and rice 😀
